Delivery using Omniva couriers (EST,LAT,LIT):
The products are delivered to the customer’s doorstep. The products are delivered up to the first door for example the garden gate or the street entrance. In order for the courier to get in touch with the Customer, a valid phone number must be provided with the order. Upon the products’ arrival, the Customer is called and a delivery time will be scheduled. If no contact can be established via telephone, the products will be delivered to the nearest post office and the Customer will be provided with a package delivery notice, based on which the Customer is able to receive the package from the aforementioned post office https://www.omniva.ee/private/parcel/how_to_receive_a_parcel .The products will be handed over to the Customer with an accompanying note, which has to be signed. Before signing the accompanying note, the Customer is obliged to check the package for any damage, and if any is found, make a note of it on the accompanying note. We request you inform info@pneumatics.ee about any damaged products or packaging. The products damaged by the delivery service provider shall be replaced.

The products ordered shall be delivered to the customer’s nearest post office. SmartPOST parcel machines are a type of self-service post offices, placed in different shopping centres all over Estonia. To receive the products, you can choose the most convenient SmartPOST parcel machine for you http://uus.smartpost.ee/en/parcel-terminal-locations . The products will be delivered to the SmartPOST parcel machine chosen by the customer. Upon the arrival of the products at the parcel machine, the customer is sent an SMS and an e-mail if they are so inclined informing them of the delivery, including the location of the parcel machine and its operating hours and the personal door code, upon entering which on the parcel machines touchscreen interface, the customer is able to receive the package from the parcel machine http://uus.smartpost.ee/en/how-to-send-and-recieve. The delivery conditions apply on the territory of the Republic of Estonia.

Delivery with Itella SmartCourier:
Monday-Saturday package delivery on next day of the order (excl. Sunday and islands). Customer can choose period of delivery (9.00-17.00 or 17.00-21.00) and order the delivery to home or office. Customer receives on the morning of delivery day an SMS with exact delivery time. Courier calls the customer 15 minutes before arrival. Accuracy of the delivery is +/- 30 minutes. If taking over the package fails, courier will agree with customer another delivery time. If preferred, the package can be redirected to nearest parcel machine http://uus.smartpost.ee/en/parcel-terminal-locations.The customer is sent an SMS with the passcode to receive the package.
